Pray without ceasing is a constant state of prayer. You have conversation with your Father all day long. Not just about what you want from Him or want Him to do for you but about just converstating like you would with a good friend.

Praying without ceasing is not literal. Yes, pray every day as many times as you can. But besides that always maintain a reverent attitude and live a Christlike life.

Walking by the spirit and not the flesh is prayer without ceasing, Romans 8: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For me it means living the faith every day, devoting every moment to Him that first gave it to me. This can be done in simple ways, like helping your mom, dad or spouse, brother or sister, being kind to others, helpful, like holding the door open for someone or telling them thankful. Sometimes it's the little things we do that can mean so much, and that God sees too.

Pray about everything in your life. Talk with God throughout the day. Stop and listen to God as well.

It means:
The Lord is able to keep those in Perfect Peace, whose mind is stayed on Him.
A double mind is unstable in all his ways.
You (we) are humbling acknowledging the POWER of the Almighty God, and His heart toward us is with Love, and He knows the infiltration of our minds by Satan, so, we must always come to the throne of Grace BOLDLY, not only for ourselves, but also for others...
Plus, He has a lot of angels with nothing much to do....till we PRAY !!! HALLELUIAH ! (smile)
Keep your mind STAYED on Him, and acknowledge Him in ALL your ways ! Halleluiah !!!
Pray in the natural mind, and pray in the spirit...
