lolz, yea it kinda does!! =]
and about the replacing the avatar with a pic, you just get a 360 profile and stuff and upload a photo and set it as your default pic on there and then go here and edit your info and change it from the avatar to the 360 pic

i think it looks pretty similar actually, the skin color is a little off but other than that its quite a resemblence.
