Yes. I converted when I was 13 years old and I am still happy with the choice I made. If you fully understand what you are getting into and are ready to make the change, then it is okay. Everyone should have the right to decide what they want to believe no matter how old they are or what they want to believe as long as their beliefs harm none.

I don't think a 13 year old should have to convert, because I don't think a 13 year old should really be involved with religion unless they themselves made the choice to study said religion.

It really depends on what you're converting to in my opinion. When I was 13 I went from being baptist to methodist...not MUCH of a difference but I do feel it was the right decision.

Not only okay, preferable, the younger you reach out to Christ in your life , the more you have his comfort when life throws curveballs at you and the less likely you are to settle for bandaid solutions and quick fixes like drugs and selfimportant new age philosophies.

No. I don't think anyone younger than 30 can begin to understand what religion means and what it entails.

It depends on what your converting to, and what you believe is right. Heads up though, turning Athiest isn't the right way to go. Stay with Jesus buddy.
