I can't speak to murder, but I was severely abused by several relatives and also some other authorities when I was young. The damage to my mind, emotions and life has been horrific. As I have worked through some things and been healed by God, I have chosen to forgive all my abusers, without reservations. This wasn't an emotional choice, but a choice of my will. God says to forgive just like He forgave me. SO, if and I hope, when I meet some in heaven who abused me, we will have an interesting chance to compare notes. I'd like to know what turns people so vicious and what could change that in their lives. It took me a period of years to work through the damage and the pain it caused me, this wasn't some snap decision I made. It also doesn't mean that I would let a dangerous predator back into my life without some proof of change. Actually, most of my abusers have to be dead by now as I am in my 50's. Only one lives that I know of. I have no relationship with this person, so no need to confront my feelings about being in the same room with him again.

Ehhh... I don't believe in Heaven, as the christians see it, but I believe in past lives, and I did kill someone in the past that I now know today. We get along just fine, and they are a cherished friend. I'd like to think that given enough time, and given enough effort, anyone can get over anything.
But anyhow.
If I saw my killer there, I really don't know what I'd do. I don't think any of us can honestly say for sure what we'd do, though- I think it all depends on why they killed, and how. If someone just shot me and I died, I'd likely forgive them if it was an accident or something, but if someone tortured and slowly strangled me, I'd have a harder time.
As I said before, though... time and effort. I'd probably forgive them, someday.

I would walk out. He murdered, then asked for forgiveness and got it. Where is the accountability? I mean, the murdering swine should at least have a lower class status in Heaven.

I hope that heaven would be different enough from this, our earthly estate, that I can't possibly imagine how I would feel. Because I cannot imagine feeling anything other than murderous hate.
I notice you assume that the murderer will be a man.

Heaven is a place where sin no longer exists. I would rejoice with my murderer of course and then we would sing songs of praise for God's forgiveness and love.

I wonder if we will all get quite a surprise as to who is in heaven, we use a very different measuring rod than that of our creator!

If I'm in Heaven, obviously I'm a kickin' forgiving kind of guy. I would forgive, I suppose.

I'd fake like I was going to stab him, but then give a bear hug.
