Personally I have been doing it for a few weeks now and its freaking awesome! I hear some people say some crap that it is bad but did you know people who work out anaerobically have as much as 530% more HGH in their system? And a lot more energy...

Anyway I'd like to hear if any other have felt this?

hands down it is the single best form of exercise. it provides benefits to every faction of the human body far more than aerobic exercise.

well ive never personally done it but im in a health class in highschool and my teacher says its a good form of exercise and told the class what it can do for you i cant remember all he said but all i know is that its a good thing 2 do sorry i couldnt be more of a help :)
