Ouch BURNT TOP MOUTH!!!?

I burnt the top of my mouth my eating two pizza's and right by my front teeth it hurts and my left tooth has a little chip as small as a pencle led dot but still and its all red around my gums ah what should i do?!?!

Swish around you mouth with salt water.

Regular vinegar will take away the sting.
