How do you get Manga Studio Debut 3.0 to work on Windows XP Home Edition?

I keep putting the Disc in, but it keeps saying that the Disc is corrupted or that Windows cannot work with the media. My computer is a 2002 Vaio Model. If that helps.

try cleaning the disk from the centre to the rim like spokes

try the disk in another computer

if it works in the other computer, try cloning them and make it end session rather than multisession.
when the burner asks you to insert the blank disc, read carefully. it tells you what type of disk.
