Is Tradewinds as good as prescription Droncit?

I need an over the counter tapeworm medicine for my cat. I can't get her into the vet until next week!

It is the SAME active ingredient as Droncit. The SAME. The FDA approved it in the last couple of years to be sold OTC. I know many people that have used it that come into the shelter spay/neuter clinic and it works just fine. You need to know weight and follow dosing instructions.

It is fine and safe.
Make sure you have treated for fleas. If they have fleas, you are going to have the tapeworm problem all over again.
