I want a photoshop where I can airbrush stuff & do touch ups & teeth whitening & fix certain things etc etc etc etc.. If you know of any that aren't adobe than pls list them here : )

I recommend GIMP, it has many features of Photoshop and costs nothing.
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.
Other free alternatives would be Paint.net or Picasa from Google.

You can try Gimp. It hasn't all the features of Photoshop, but it is free and may suit your needs.

There's lots, try a few.
Paint.net and Photofiltre 6 come to mind for starters.
