6 pounds in 3 weeks is a good rate. I don't know why expect to lose 20 lbs in 3 weeks. There is no quick fix of magic trick. After all, we didn't gain it all overnight, so why expect overnight results.

Take a good inventory of what you eat every day. Not only breakfast, lunch and dinner, but every bite that crosses your lips. Examine it carefully. Maybe that icecream can be omitted, and that Stabucks espresso with sugar and creme was unnecessary. Basically, cut out all the junk food. Come up with the list of healthy food and snacks instead.

Exersise at least 45 minutes every other day. If you're already doing it, add more.

take junk food out of your diet but take a bite of chocolate or something the second you start craving or the craving will get worse.

buy a CD and dance to it for atleast 20 minutes a day without stopping!

if you do these two simples rules along with the 5 a day then you will lose about 6 pounds in your first week and then 4 pounds for every week after that!!
