im looking for a way to lose fat so i thought jumping jacks would be a good way to do so.. i was just wondering if it gained muscle cause im trying to lose weight.. not gain it... please help!! thank you much appreciated

Uh... what? Building muscle is a good way to lose fat. If you lost ten pounds of fat, but gained 13 pounds of muscle you would look a HELL of a lot better, trust me.
