Ask your vet that perscribed it. There are MANY different perscription shampoos around, and no one dilution ratio applies to all. Sorry.

Yeah...all shampoos have a different dilution rate. I have 16:1, 8:1, 32:1 24:1. 50:1 etc etc.

Im not positive, but I believe vet prescribed shampoos are supposed to be applied full strength for best results. I know all of my medicated shampoos can be used full strength, but can also be diluted too.

But, check with the vet, the bottle, or call the manufacturer to find out for sure.

Is this prescription for your dog??? You have so many questions that should have been explained by your vet.
