im not fat but i wish my legs were slimmer
i work out and i try to eat as healthy as possible
and i do soem squats
what should i do

Stop hating them, because they hate you back.

Sometimes it's not possible to change the way we are built. But proper weight training miht help.

Shapely legs are nice, not stick legs.

Do squats, reverse lunges, calf raises, a back bridge (which is really more for your butt and hamstrings) and if you have dumbbells or some books you can put in a sturdy back, some deadlifts.

If you do that 3 times a week your legs should become nicely toned in a month and a half or so. (Also, don't ignore your upper body)

Well just keep doing what you are doing.You wont get someone else's legs..so you might as well except how you are.Everyone has there hangups about things,that they wish they could change.We cant,or you pay to get stuf done haha.

Try walking and lunges. They're good at building up muscles in your legs. The squats will definitely help, too. :]

wear more high heels instant slim legs AND they work your lge muscles to so its a win win situation!!!
also you may need to go running/cycling and STRETCH!! just doing squats on their own wont help your legs slim!

focus on reducing your body fat to below average levels. if you have below average body fat the odds are you will have no trouble areas.
