With meals there can be such a variety...so i will just answer on the snack part...some nice healthy snacks are: trail mix, strawberries with whip cream(yummy), fresh fruit, granola bars, peanut butter on celery with raisins(ants on a log...lol)...and so much more...explore and create your own things...and enjoy

For lunch and dinner, just eat a lot of protein rich foods and veg and anything can be healthy as long as you don't cook it using a lot of high fat oils/butter etc.
For snacks, just grab a fruit or drink a glass of semi-skimmed milk, it satisfies your hunger really well.

Bananas
Apples (you can put low fat peanut butter on it)
Healthy cereal. (Aim for 5 fiber or more)
Granola bars

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Cheerios, All-Bran, Bran Flakes.
or berries & yoghurt or cottage cheese.
Lunch: Whole-wheat wrap, veggies, lean turkey/chicken,
lo-fat sour-cream & herb dressing.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast or broiled shrimps, salad,
