O.K. Here,s the think
It seems as though Im always getting stuck with phlegm in my throat and I can never get it up and out
I just clear my throat all the time and the phlegm goes up and down like a yo yo
will salabutimol inhailers help take the phlegm away so I can stop constantly clearing my throat???

I'm not sure, but I don't think inhalers can help with that. You need guafinessin (robitussin). You can get it in liquid or a tablet. Drink lots of water. This thins all mucus secretions in your body, so you shouldn't have problems with phlegm in the back of your throat. Try it.

Try gargling with a solution of apple cider vinegar and water. You can actually sip some of the solution as well. It's very sour so beware, but it's very effective at cutting the phlegm. Also, milk and other dairy products can make phlegm worse. I don't know what your diet is like, but you may need to cut way down on these for awhile.

the best thing is to cut back on the dairy products you consume. High amounts of dairy intake will increase the amount of mucous created by the body .
