what EXACTLY is meant by organizational framework?
Woudl not any divinely inspired religion believe its "framework" was God-given and therefore beyond improvement?

Organizational framework? What's that? Pagans are notoriously individualistic, though you'll find some groups that do have organization like Wiccans. Even then, you'll find a buttload of differing ideas and ways of doing things.

SGI-USA has no connection to a priesthood because they thought themselves superior to lay believers. The structure is very flexible and based on the capacity of an individual to understand how to develop hiser enlightenment and understanding and help others do the same. The whole truth is open to everyone.

Wicca has been called "the world's largest disorganized religion". We have no Pope, no bishops, no one who is held to speak for all (or even most) Wiccans, no one handing down pronouncements on conduct or morality that all (or even most) Wiccans are expected to follow.
Each Wiccan, as I noted before, is ideally a functioning priest/ess. Therefore, each Wiccan is considered an autonomous unit. While some Wiccans might choose to worship in covens, and while some covens are members of a lineage of related covens/Wiccans, the rules and doctrine of those covens only applies within the covens themselves, and a High Priest/ess in one coven does not necessarily have that standing in any other group (although they are usually honored according to the degree they have obtained elsewhere out of courtesy).

life is a series of plans choices and opportunities.... if you keep your mind closed to new and different and sometimes strange opportunities... you loose the opportunity to learn something wonderfully new... life is a voyage if you keep to the same old same old you open yourself to living in a closed rut with little opportunity to change in the future... then once you've reached the regular mundane it's time to grow old.... 56 and I'm not close to being there yet... why are some there at 20?

organizational structure is always changing like any other private organizations. but like other organization, mostly whose objective to make money does not change, our objective is always consistent, the truth does not change.

Jesus is Lord of all - the loving all wise Creator.
His ways are perfect - we fail and can improve but the One we follow is a whole and perfect God.
