It sounds like you're letting your obsession with weight get in your way.

You are so concerned about gaining weight that you binge. When you binge eat, your brain interpretes all this food that you need to KEEP eating. Your brain is triggered and you keep stuffing yourself. On the other side, you can't just starve yourself. Your body is going into starvation mode and conserving your fat while burning your muscles.

Try to stop worrying so much about your weight and focus on EATING HEALTHILY! Eat fresh fruits and veggies, and stop when you're full. Eat at the same time each day, and exercise 30-60 minutes daily. That's all you need.

in a bit of a circle there. just only eat when your hungry, alot of the time, people are bored and they eat!.. i cant comment on that because i dont realy know your lifestyle.

if you start eating very irregularly you will put in a lot of weight. if you start to starve yourself for a while your metabolism goes mad and whatever you eat (like the time you pig out) it will actually put on weight easier because, your body will think - great food lets store it incase she doesnt eat again lol. the best way is to just try and get a fluent eating pattern.

if your worrying about losing weight, there are many options.

lower the carbs majorly so you can have some more fatty foods. or go on a low carb high protein diet. both work well in junction with some kind of fitness. the main way any weight loss will occur is if you start to exercise. - many people say if you excersice then you can eat that little bit more, but then if its your fitness your worried about thats a very untrue statement.

hope it helped you to some extent!

Nothing is wrong with you, you just need to realize how much fat is in the different things you eat, pigging out on pizza or salad is two completely different things, find a balance of things u like and healthy, theres a big difference between chicken breast and hamberger meat, just take these things into consideration when u pig out :) oh and never go for days without eating, you can actually GAIN weight that way, because your body will react like you arent going to eat again for days so the next time you eat it will store as much fat as possible (because you trained it to think you are going to go without eating for days again) so really starving yourself doesnt help. Its all about healthy balance. :) Bon Appetiet!

What can you do! Stop being so bloody pathetic for a start.

Knowone says you have to eat lettuce all day long and knowone is saying you have to run 10 mile a day...

Though if you don't want to die young and fat then you are gonna have to make an effort.

Wake up, there is no magic pill that means we can all be lazy all our lives.

If you wanna eat crap, eat it but make sure that its in moderation with all the good stuff you should eat aswell.

Eating healthily ISN'T enough on its own. You also need exercise so even a brisk walks to the shops everday for your mars bar is better than nothing.

If you can't do that, organize your funeral arrangements now and pre-pay for a 5 foot wide coffin!

Its sounds almost as if you are using a sort of 'comforting food' to solve a physcological problems of weight issues. Just like when some one eats junks as their comfort food when they are stressed out, you binge on pig out or dont eat because you think your weights either increasing or decreasing due to your appetite.

The first step is to stop the insecurities of your weight problems . Next step is to ask for help by a nutritionists to help in yur diet, but the only way to do it is to complete the first step. Otherwise you will not be commited to the nutritionists advice with insecurities.
No matter how much advice or answers you get, its up to you to answer yourself on this one!!! xxxxxx

I am no professional but, you will need to change your way of thinking for starts (now I know thats hard sometimes) Gaining weight is a big concern for many but eatting healthy is not so hard either... Fruits taste good, and so do some veggies... I dont snack out on veggies myself, but Carrots are not so bad.
I guess in your situation just dont hog out on heavy Fat foods like lots of cookies, and sugar loaded products or desserts... and maybe try setting up maybe a daily 10 min excercise, discipline yourself to keep active for parts of your day. I hope that helps :)
cheers!

Perhaps you should go and have a chat with your doctor about this before the situation gets serious. You are going to end up causing yourself some real health problems if you carry on like this and your concerns about your weight will be just the tip of the iceberg. This problem you have with food may well be the start of a chronic eating disorder if you let it carry on. Your doctor can advise you on a healthy and enjoyable diet or perhaps refer you if he thinks its neccesary. Take action now!!!

I think you know what you have to do. You are on a roller coaster here. Get junk food out of your life. Buy fruits and vegetables. Eat several small meals each day. Go for a walk once in a while.. Talk to a doctor if you can't get it under control. This is unhealthy.

you sound like you have a type of eating disorder, you should see your doctor about getting nutritional advice and councelling so you you can work on not useing your food and weight to control- or try and control, you mood as it wont work, you will always want to be slimmer and you will always feel fat as its inside where you are un happy and until thats reslolved, you will keep going round the same circle.

Try looking on the websites:
www.b-eat.co.uk
or
www.somethingfishy.com

Remember, you do not have to be stick thin, be under 16 or be any other cliche to have an eating disorder, you just have to feel food controls your life and there you are.
