I was born February 8th 1982....so that's 2-8-82....don't you think it's odd, that all the numbers are the same? Like my father he was born 5-6-56 that's weirder then my birthday....what do you think?

That's kinda cool.

It's just that "1 in a billion chance (or whatever)", that you & your father have birth dates like that in the same family.

Numerologically, it is interesting and shows emphasis in certain areas since you have the repeating numbers. My birthday is 5-19-59, so I have a preponderance of repeating numbers as well. More important than the individual numbers, though is what they add up to. Coupled with your name, you can learn some interesting things about yourself. I'm not sure what info you'll find online that doesn't cost you something but if you're seriously interested, check out gnothology (do a google search) or any of the Kabalah books by Sepharial.

It's more interesting in its mathematical pattern than having any inherent meaning. As one person noted, people seek to imbue patterns with meaning. Well, he didn't put it as eloquently as that, so vote for me! (Just joking, relax.)
It's highly coincidental that two family members have patterned birthdates, although with enough plucking, any number conglomeration can be seen to have a pattern, so in reality, it's only interesting based on our limited scope and focus on decimally based math. If our brains were aligned to a binary or hex system, your birthdate would cease to have the same meaning, therefore there can't be any absolute meaning in the pattern, and is merely interesting in the narrow scope of our neurological make up.

Looks like a sign of the devil, like 8 minus 2 is 6 so you can make 2 sixes, either that or I'm just pulling random thoughts out of my ***, but hey! that's what these boards are for!

I don't like to be superstitious, but patterns are everywhere in our existence. Put anything under a microscope and see all the little atoms or cells line up each identical to the other...this world was made by someone who enjoys order, that's it!

I am a lot like you - I like things like this........also oddities such as, my first son was born the day after JFK was shot, and my father was born the day after Pres. McKinley was shot. Both were firstborn sons. There are lots of coincidences, and I find them very interesting!

I think it means simply that you were born on that particular day. Now if your mom's b-day is also a number match, it could be an inherited trait.......(-:
