Probably because of the regional difference, 你怎麼說 would sound weird to some native Chinese speakers. At least we don't say that where I come from.

The easiest and the most common way to say it is "......怎麼說 (zen3 me shuo1)"

For example, "'hair' 中文怎麼說?(hair zhong1 wen2 zen3 me shuo1)" or "'hair' 的中文怎麼說?(hair de zhong1 wen2 zen3 me shuo1)" both mean "How do you say 'hair' in Chinese?"

A more formal way to say it would be "......該怎麼說 (gai1 zen3 me shuo1)". So the above example of "How do you say 'hair' in Chinese" would be "'hair' 中文該怎麼說?(hair zhong1 wen2 gai1 zen3 me shuo1)" or "'hair' 的中文該怎麼說?(hair de zhong1 wen2 gai1 zen3 me shuo1)"

it's either:
1. For formal
a. 您怎麼說 (nin2 zen3 me4 shuo1)
b. 您如何說 (nin2 ru2 he2 shuo1)
c. 您怎樣說 (nin2 zen3 yang4 shou1)
2. For informal, change the 您(nin2) into 你(ni3), thus
a. 你怎麼說 (ni3 zen3 me4 shuo1)
b. 你如何說 (ni3 ru2 he2 shuo1)
c. 你怎樣說 (nin2 zen3 yang4 shou1)

您 (nin2) = you (formal)
ä½  (ni3) = you (informal)
說 (shuo1) = say [simplified chinese: 你]

如何 (ru2 he2) = how
如 = as
何 = how

怎麼 (zen3 me4) = how [simplified: 怎么]
怎 = how / why
麼 = interrogative particle

怎樣 (zen3 yang4) = how [simplified: 怎样]
怎 = how / why
樣 = shape
