Take it someplace else.
I can't tell what's happening from your description, but the fact that you cannot stop is enough to say that your brakes were not fixed. Apparently that shop does not believe in test drives.

Try taking the car to a Buick dealership and have them check the breaks if you have already been to a dealership and still have the problem try a Goodyear service center. I have used them in the past and always received good service at a reasonable price.

there was a time when the inside of gm brake lines frayed.
when someone applied their brakes the bits of frayed line would block them and stop fluid from returning... but that was earlier than 98. i think u should use e.b. when not moving like what they told u. and get a second opinion.

Three tries is enough, especially for something that can kill.

If the place that you brought it to is the place where you bought it:

Send a letter invoking your state's lemon law and giving him one last chance and saying that if they do not stay fixed this time, he has to refund your money (or whatever your state's lemon law says).

Otherwise:

Get a better mechanic.

YOUR SHOULD GET YOU VEHICLES COMPUTER SCANNED TO FIND OUT JUST WHAT THE PROBLEM IS FIRST AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE SOME IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT.

TRY FINDING AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP INSTEAD OF THE DEALER OR A CHAIN STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TREATED MORE LIKE A PERSON THAN JUST A NUMBER.

Go someplace else, I doubt it's the brakeline. Maybe your master cylinder is bad.
