A. Transcription will not stop

B. the RNA molecule will not have a Poly-Adenyl tail of 200 adenosine nucleotides to its 3' end.


C. If it is not capped off, then it won't become a functioning mRNA molecules, because a cap is need.

D. Introns are NON-coding sequences and can't be used to code for proteins and can't be used as a mRNA molecule

E. transcription won't begin.

A The transcript will not terminate, it would be to long
B The transcript may be degraded before translation
C The transcript will not be exported for translation
D An abnormal transcript with no ORF is generated
E The transcript will never be begun.
