I'm in pain and i need help?

Do you know in anyway how to reduce stomach pain if you happen to take 40 tylenol extra strengh on sunday october 21. I just need help, i can't go to the hospital because i don't have inssurance and because i don't want to. I have tried vomiting but i'm still in pain.

taking that much of anything could eat at your stomach lining, you really should go see the DR., but if you won't do that, then try a stomach coating ( pepto bismal ) liquid and don't take to much or you'll end up with more problems.
