Ok So i want to start my own business. Where do i start?
I want to get a coorprate credit card but my business has no credit history. what do i do how do i raise it?
My credit is horrible so i dont want to put my name on much lol..by name i mean like SSN



PLZ no dumb answers.

I havent bought anything for my new business. Plus if i do buy something for my new business how do i make it so it goes down in my busness and not my history?

If your company isn't set up as a separate entity, your credit will be used. Even if you set up a corporation, you may find creditors requiring a personal guarantee from you.

Do you have an actual business plan? Have you set up an accounting system? Business bank account? Working capital? Commercial creditors will want to check your bank account, look at your books, and business plan.

I have a corporation but in the beginning they use my credit to establish my company credit.

Pretty much that is how it is done. I was like a co-signer and now the company has its own credit that doesn't inter mingle. It took mine to build it.

Well, I'll give you one idea that may or may not work. If you incorporate then you'll get an IR number. However, the credit companies will probably still trace it back to your social security number and well, there you are.

In order to raise it, you need to make payments and timely. The old saying is true, time heals all wounds.
