I work at a small gas station,and my boss is this hot little brunette.I really like her and would love to go out with her,but there's a catch:For the last few years she's been with only women.What should I do?We're already friends and I've talked to her recently and she admits to being bi,but how do I approach her without making her uncomfortable.Please help!

If you like your job, you shouldn't act on your feelings. She is your boss and if she doesn't feel the same about you or if she should ever become angry with you for some reason, she could file sexual harrassment charges against you.
If you guys started fooling around and then it went sour, she could make your work life very unbearable.
There are lots of reasons NOT to start any type of relationship with a co-worker, ESPECIALLY a boss.

Just because she's your boss, the answer is "Very carefully!!"
You can also use it as an opening -- "If you weren't my boss, I'd be pushing really hard to see if you'd date a man again. You're nice to me, and you're smart, and you're level-headed, and I think you're really hot too."
She has the very safe "out" of "Yeah, but I am your boss, so we can't explore that."
