Be careful that you do not get sick again.
Take it easy.
Run relaxed and do not push yourself.
Being off 2 weeks is not exactly starting over again. You still have some conditioning.

Run easy and walk when you feel like walking, don't strain yourself for the first week or two.

Once you get back into running you can go by how you feel, and you will be fine.

Lester's comments are correct.

I would recommend you start your running routine again after being "really sick" by resting an extra week and give your body time to regain some of it's lost energy.

There is a big difference in being well again and having the strength and energy necessary to undergo the stress of running.

Good Luck
