Have you ever heard of a manpon? It is a rolled up piece of toliet paper a man can put between his butt cheecks to catch the extra so the person who does his laundry does not see poopy man-panties!! Think about it you non- wipers.

Crinkle, of course. It forms a larger surface area due to the crinkly surface. Its the equivelent of comparing wiping up a water spill w/ bounty vs. plastic wrap. Naturally, the bounty will pick up the water better due to its porosity and rough surface. By crinkling the toilet paper you are doing the same.

Fold! That way you can refold and use another side of the paper to avoid wastage.
