Eat a little bit of everything. Moderation is the key. We need to use more calories than we ingest and fat will be used up.

High protein / High fiber

Chicken
Tuna
chicken salad
peanuts
celery - you burn more calories digesting it then you eating it!
fish
water
green tea
fruit bar/ peanut bars
salad
light ranch
very little bread a day

or just go with nutria system!
