It all depends if they credit check you again, if they do then obviously you are going to fail.

However, because you are already on a contract, they may just extend your contract without a credit check and obviously then you`ll be fine. I wouldn't mention anything about your debts, and try and renew the contract over the phone, as the operators more likely to put it through to get their commission.

it particularly is an fairly long debt administration plan, and additionally you have yet another 2-one million/2 years to bypass. the themes underlying debt mgmt won't drop off your credit comments for years yet. do not even think of approximately paying for a house till you have performed the debt mgmt plan, and function a minimum of 20% down, plus final expenditures, plus 3-6 months reserves waiting funds. additionally a minimum of three years song checklist on the interest, credit rankings of approximately seven-hundred or greater effective, etc. and not in any respect purchase materials with an unrelated occasion besides! in case you & your gf marry, and your money owed are all paid, and your credit as much as snuff, then you definately can commence thinking approximately paying for a house. because of the fact the RE marketplace isn't predicted to backside till approximately 2013, you have 3 years to get into financial shape, get married and nonetheless be able to proceed to exist the housing bust.

I think you will be ok as long as you stay with the same provider and upgrade. the problem will be when you want to change and try for a new contract you will be credit checked and would most likely fail. Stay with the same an you should be ok, my husband has just upgraded for the second time with no problems.

If you have any valid credit cards, I assume that you can do that.
Contracts with phone companies are extended whether you are on a debt management plan or not. They will take any credit card, ATM with logo, or secured card.

Hard to believe .. you seem to be up to your ears in Debt (ccj's and debt management plan) and you want to UPGRADE ????

I would have thought that if you had learnt ANYTHING about spending money, you would be down-grading to the cheapest Pay As You Go phone/tariff you can find ..

I doubt with CCJ you could renew your contract, on the other hand they may consider you due to the fact that your history with them is good. Assuming that you have not defaulted in payment.
