Camembert, Stilton, and maybe some Gouda and Brie for the faint of heart. With grapes, and apple and pear slices.

Extra sharp cheddar, provolone, colby jack, jalapeno jack, Swiss, havarti, horseradish cheddar, feta, blue, and gorgonzola. Served with a dish of mixed stuffed olives in the middle of the platter.
