It would be $807.50 each week before taxes.
9.50 x 40 hrs regular
14.25 x 30 hrs overtime (which is time and 1/2)

I love how soooo many people wanted to talk trash about your question but then they got the answer wrong!! Ha!

40 hours @ 9.50 and 30 hours @ 14.20. Over time. gross is 807.50. net approximate 70% for this income bracket. probably net about 565.25 less insurance. this also depends on deductions. Too many hours for anyone to work at those wages. you would need a federal and state wage withholding to be completely accurate.

Well if he gets paid overtime...which he probably should 40 hours at regular pay of 9.50/hr would be $380.00 and 30 hours at overtime pay (usually time and a half) would be 14.25/hr which would be $427.50 Totaling 807.50 per week before taxes (gross pay)

Assuming he gets time and a hlaf for anything over 40 hours per week, his GROSS pay would be $807.50 but depending on where you live determines how much in taxes will be taken out so I can't tell you what his NET take home pay will be....also if he gets time and a half for Sundays or a weekend differential it would be more.

9.50 x 40hrs/wk = 380
plus time an half for his over time 9.50 + 4.75 = 14.25 x 30 = 427.50

other company(state) after working over time on the week days they pay times two of whatever your making...which is sat and sunday or most likely on holidays...and ofcourse he needs to pay taxes unless he file for EXEMPT then after end of the yr he will file 1099g for his taxes..

10 hours x 7 days a week = 70 hours 70 hours x 9.50 an hour= 665.00 a week usually Uncle Sam takes about 12-205 in taxes so that would be about 532-585 a week

I believe he will get overtime for anything over 40 hours a week or over 8 hours a day
and in the first 8 hours over 40 hours it will be time and 1/2 and anything over that will be double time.

$665 is the total (7 days x 10 hours = 70 x $9.50). But don't forget that there will likely be tax deductions, perhaps a good estimate would be closer to $600. (Depends where you live, etc.)

Assuming that he is covered by Federal and State laws, his pay would be $807.50 for 40 hours at regular pay and 30 hours at overtime pay.

I don't believe that you are legally allowed to work seven days per week every week without a day off.

40 X 9.50 = 380
30 X 9.50 X 1.5 = 427.50

380 + 427.50 = 807.50 gross wages

28% fed taxes +
14% city, state, school taxes = 339.15

Net wages = $ 468.35
