I can't tell you what to do for your ceremony but here is a sample of what one of my couples did a few weeks ago.

Unless you told everyone that you are already married just have a traditional ceremony. It doesn't matter that you were married in February. If everyone knows I have seen some cute wedding invitations that say things like "We've Eloped" and invite everyopne to come to celebrate with you. The ceremony is usually the shortest part of a wedding anyways so maybe just stage the ceremony part for picture purposes before all teh guests arrive and just have a reception.

Well there are a bunch of things that need to be decided. Where? - inside/outside, location Who? -how many people do you want there as guests/wedding party Looks? -what colors/theme do you guys want?
This is about you and your husband - not something for Y!Answerers to plan for you!

You're already married, so you won't be having another wedding.
All you could do is plan an anniversary party!

instead of the wedding march, play pachabel's canon. it sounds really good if u have it played by flutes and windpipes.
