Personal service and a bar where you can get a martini that isn't smothered by vermouth or at least some Horinitos on the Rocks. Location and beauty count as well but you have to make the amenities fit the occasion!

personally the decor speaks volumes, also cleanliness. a smile and polite manner on arrival is a bonus too. first impressions do last. if i have a stay with no hiccups, i will remember it forever as a wonderful stay.
