They've been yelling at me everyday to bring my math grade up, which is a B, and I just got a D+ on the mideterm, that might bring me down to a C. How do I tell my parents?? Our report cards are coming next week, they'll kill me!

Any time you mess up on anything, confess as soon as possible, AND suggest a way to make amends. People are much more forgiving if they sense you are sincerely sorry, and eager to make things right.

In this case, ask your teacher if you can retake the midterm for a higher grade, and ask for tutoring on the specific topics you bombed before you retake it.
If that fixes your grade, great. If it doesn't, or if the teacher refuses, then tell your parents before the report cards come out, and propose a new study schedule for yourself. Tell you parents exactly how you plan to improve your grade, and ask them to help you by providing a tutor.
