for all the many people on here who are obviously misinformed about the book of mormon- the bible refrence to not adding to the bible- is not in refrence to the bible- it is refrence to the book of revelations. There wasn't even a bible in exsistance when this verse was written- and the book of mormon is not contradictive to the bible- AT ALL- anyone who actually read it, instead of regurgitating what someone told them (who also probably didn't read it) would know that. The book of mormon was not an addition to the bible anyhow- it is a completley sepearte book- it clearly states on the cover- ANOTHER TESTAMENT OF JESUS CHRIST. not joesph smith- not satan- not the bible continued- but a seperate account of the teachings of Jesus Christ, to futher our knowledge of Him and His teachings. They go hand in hand- without the bible teachings- the book of mormon would be incomplete- without the book of mormon, the bible is incomplete- but together they are a complete gospel record of Jesus Christ and His teachings.

What is creation science, it backs up the bible, but mormons are more into backing up the science of the B of M.
What is the trinity? Christians know, but Mormons do not.
Who is satan, ezekiel 28:12-19, according to mormons he is Jesus brother and became a demon because his plan sucked. he got his demons from God's spiritual children
Mormons have moroni on their temples, christians wear crosses.
mormons believe they are spiritually born again, christians believe they must be saved and say the sinner's prayer, mormons have no idea what asinner's prayer is.
God man adam and eve and told them to be ONE and extra two wives (polygamy) is a crowd. How do three wives and one man become ONE, you got me.
Titus 1:6 one wife
If any be blameless, the husband of ONE WIFE, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
1 tim. 3:12 one wife
Let the deacons be the husbands of ONE WIFE, ruling their children and their own houses well.
1 tim. 3:2 one wife
A BISHOP then must be blameless, the husband of ONE wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
1 corinthians 6: 16,19 no need for temples
Know ye not that ye are the TEMPLE of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
What? know ye not that your body is the TEMPLE of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
colossians 2:18 angel moroni worship
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of ANGELS, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
2 Cornithians 11:14 wonder about moroni
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Actually, traditional Christians and Mormons differ on some pretty central concepts. Mormons believe that Jesus is one of the many spirit children born of God and his wife while traditional Christianity teaches that Christ is God made flesh. Also, the two religious groups differ on the mode of salvation (grace vs. works). Moreover, while Mormons believe that God is the only deity we should worship they do not believe He is the only deity in existence - another huge differing point from not only Christianity but also Judaism and Islam.
Nice try, though. Blessings!

Sorry bro,
There is a distinct separation between the frontal lobe of the brain which controls logic and reason, and the paliocortex which controls brute emotion in the Born Again brain.
They cannot understand or follow logic.

Yes, I have watched many mormon program. I prefer, watching the mormon,s study groups, they get really deed into the words the NT. They spend a lot of time preaching the words to the sermon on the mound.
But as Jesus said; I come in my Father's name and you believe me not, another shall come in his own name and hin you shall believe.

No, the Bible says not to add anything to the word of God. If the book of Mormon didn't contradict the Bible, we'd have no problem with it, but the canon of scripture was already fulfilled. God doesn't change, He's not going to tell one person one thing (they write it down) then later on say something completely different (they also write it down). This is why we view the Mormon church as a cult.
Mormons believe a lot of things other churches believe, but they believe a lot of non-biblical things, too, things that go against the principles God teaches. It doesn't add up, even taking faith into account.

If you put it that way, then Christians should be Muslims first, then Mormons. Why isn't it logical? Because Christ said he would come the second time to rule the earth, He isn't ruling so He hasn't come yet. The Mormon teachings and the Islamic teachings are all of Satan mixed with just enough truth to pull people away from Jesus.

ONE HUGE PROBLEM the Bible can and would not be contradicted!! It dosent even make sense to think that Mormons have a clue in my opinion because their "addition" contradicts the Bible in a hundred ways.why would a Holy book be written and then totally contrdicted with an addition to it ??? HMMMM NO I dont think so !
God bless

I like logic, but most people here do not -- so I am guessing "they" will not acknowledge your logic.
