I'm having really sharp pains right behind my right shoulder blade, and it traves down my arm, and now I'm having really bad joint pain in my right hand. What could be happening. Lately I've been having trouble either letting go of objects, or grabbing onto things. It's like my hands "don't work" sometimes. What could be wrong?

Any recent injury?? Any numbness or tingling " pins and needles" sensations?? Any neck problems?? Do you do alot of heavy lifting, either at your job or the gym?? More than likely, there is a nerve problem going on. If a nerve becomes "pinched" or aggravated, then such symptoms may occur. How long has this been going on for?? Sorry for the questions but, it may help you decide what the cause may be from. The best advice is to contact your Doc so that he/she can evaluate you. They may need to order some tests to confirm or not, what is happening. I hope that this helps and Good Luck !!

It could be a trapped nerve, right shoulder blade makes me think neuropathy and the weak grip nerve impingement. Suggest you see the Doc.

could be a nerve problem starting at your neck
could be carpal tunnel syndrome (bad case)
gall bladder can refer pain to right shoulder blade
could be a displaced radial head at the elbow
you need to see a chiropractor
