I need a good, simple recipe to make a good exfoliator for my face. Links would be Great if Possibe =)

I mix a little baking soda with my cleanser and gently smooth it over my face. It works better than the most expensive scrubs I've purchased. Good luck. 2D

Excellent exfoliation and skin nourishment:
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup powdered oats (just plain oatmeal)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
mix together...
add enough water to make a paste
warm your skin with almost hot wash cloth to open pores and loosen dead dry skin cells
spread mixture on your face
leave it on for a few minutes
rub gently while rinsing so the baking soda helps gently efoliate
Rinse
Rub a couple of drops of light vegetable oil on your skin to seal in moisture and seal out toxins

Use some buttercream lotion and mix in sugar and scrubb your face with it until your face feels very smooth. Rise with warm water, and make sure to use ice cubes to close your pores on your face before putting on make up :)

a few drops of olive oil and enough sugar to make it grainy, scrub gently. can be use around mouth also but not eyes. you can also add a few drops of lemon juice. i use it a lot and recommend it to clients.
