please show work i really dont know how to divide it by hand and i have never messed with kilos befor?

The formula for kilos to pounds is 2.2 pounds/kilos. Not quite sure where you got the 1.8, but it is a bad number.
Using the correct formula
=108 pounds* 1 kilo/2.2pounds
=49
Hint for next time. Your computer should have a calculator. Use that the next time you wish to divide something.

It is DEFINITELY 2.2 pounds / kilo. If you are unable to divide at this point in life you are in trouble, there are also calculators for those who cannot divide longhand. Either way you are in trouble.

1.8 pounds = 1 kilogram
(108 pounds) / (1.8 (pounds / kg)) = 60 kilograms
