I get 8-9 hours of rest at night. But I seem to be tired all the time and the back of my neck hurts. Anyone have any ideas?

You mentioned 8-9 hours of rest. Are you actually asleep the whole time? Do you toss and turn or snore? If you think your trouble is with sleep, you might want to see a sleep doctor. You might have sleep apnea. If you are sleeping fine, it might be your diet....you could be anemic or not getting enough iron. Do you exercise? Do you take vitamins? Do you drink enough water? I think if you look at all of those factors, the answer will become clearer.
