There's nothing wrong with it. Just as you probably celebrate the day of your birth. Your celebrating your day, as if you're something special. Do you think it's offensive to your god that you'd elevate yourself to a level equal to his? Glory be to god, right???

Chill out, beansprout.

Yes I do celebrate Halloween.
Celebrating Halloween is completely harmless...
Kids dress up, go trick-or-treating, and get candy. Others like to celebrate just for the scare. It's not like they're practicing some demonic activity and worshipping satan, just because they are participating in a holiday activity. You say that the "society" has covered this "evil celebration" as a have fun holiday, and that it is a lie. Do you have any proof that it IS a lie? No. I honestly doubt it. And if you do somehow have some kind of proof, I doubt if it is correct. Yes, I do agree that there are satanic people that celebrate Halloween as a demonic holiday. But there are others who just want to celebrate it for the thrill of the costumes, the fun, the candy, and decorating for this once a year spooky-holiday.
Like you said, "I don't care what you think!".
And I don't care what you think either. You can say all you want about how this is a horrible holiday, but your oppinion means nothing to me.
I hope -you- open your eyes and realize what an idiot you sound like. :)

ok... I don't look at halloween that way. In fact, I think it's fun. My girls are going trick or treating this year, and I'm excited to get all the candy! What's so evil about that? You just think that's what happens because that is what you have been told. Have you ever witnessed someone doing something "evil" on halloween? Probably not. Unless you count big kids stealing little kids candy, or going to haunted houses, or corn mazes.

OMFG you are retarded! That just proves your simple mind. Halloween or Hallows Eve was created by the catholic church but is based off of old PEGAN traditions. November 1 is the 'all saints day', and Americans adapted the culture from the peganism past. Pegans believed in carving pumpkins to ward off evil spirits. And left food outside so there ancestors could eat. Since halloween is on the Sabbat calender "Wiccan Calander" it is when the physical world and the spiritual world are at its closest. There are no sacrifices to the 'devil' of your christian thinking. And satinism doesnt worship the christian 'devil' they believe in living in the evil inside their hearts.

I don't celebrate halloween. It's not so much that I think people are out there all over the place killing cats and drinking their blood (I'm sure a few people do it but the majority of people don't). For us it's more just because it is an ancient pagan tradition, and some of the celebration "techniques" used today are the same as the ancient ones. I just don't want to take part in it. I don't think it honours the Lord, and it certainly doesn't line up with Bible principles either. I don't think other Christians should celebrate it but it is up to them to decide that for themselves. I like your attitude of wanting to warn people though, that's great! My pastor does the same thing and I really respect him for it.

Halloween originates from the Celts. It is to celebrate the end of the harvest season. Last time i checked there was no evil in harvest unless of course you believe in children of the corn. However many pagans do believe this night to be when the veil between life and death is thinnest so we honor our ancestors at this time.

And just in case someone is thinking of calling me evil......it is also known as All Saints day by the catholics

Like you said, your an idiot, not a theory, it's a fact. But guy, runninjg from your problems and fearts of halloween will just make it worse for you and the annoying little brats that pop up at your door and you give them a pamphlet and not a bit of candy. It's all marketing now anyway, a way for candy makers to boost their ratings and profit even further. I know that some people find marketers satanic and evil, but you have to look deeper into what things really are, besides seeing a scary mask and thinking so mething is satanic. Maybe you had a bad experience as a child, I dont know.

Number 1. Halloween is a celebration of rememberance and reverance for the dead.

Number 2. If you are talking about Pagan celebrations of Samhain, then you are WRONG, because they DON'T BELIEVE in SATAN or a devil! So why would they worship or sacrifice to something that they do not believe exists?

Number 3. I don't know where you live, but around my house kids dress up as innocuous characters and receive candy.
Period.

Number 4. Please go and read about neo-paganism for yourself and find out the truth about this beautiful religion that honors god/goddess and nature. You need it, seriously.

All hallows eve is the pagan new twelve months. it quite is the tip of the organic cycle of advance and till now its certainly dying in the wintry climate. All hallows eve is a social gathering to the reminiscence of all our ancestors returned in the path of the mists of time to the 1st spark of life. All our ancestors have been efficient in coming up our person lives. devoid of single one among them, we does not be right here in any respect. How is that evil. Jack-o-Lanterns have been used to scare them away. Trick-or-treating is Christian. people made soul tarts to furnish to evil demons so as that they could go away them on my own (different historians say those tarts have been full of prayers and presented to the spirits of kin). The unfavourable could bypass door to door to ask for those tarts to consume. In replace, those unfavourable people could pray for the kin and for the souls of that kin's departed. right now, babies save in this CHRISTIAN custom by utilising dressing up as monsters and issues and ask for candy. Lighten up - give the kids some candy and let their teeth rot. Dont tell anyone, but Christmas and Easter are also pagan festivals (Ssshhhhh!!!)
