Great news! However, as you stated "dead, at least for now". The vote was 52-44...they only needed 8 more votes...too close for comfort!

Last I heard Reid was trying for a compromise and he hinted about H1B visas. I'll wait to see the results of that.
However, I agree it was good news. Mind you, they could have drafted a bill that would have passed, in my opinion. I am still thinking about why they didn't seem to want to do that.

Princess of the Realm - you can find such a list though the www.NumbersUSA.com website. They keep track of it all and you can fax your senators and representatives through them very easily. They also have the phone numbers for all of them if you wish to call them.
