Well, you would sure think so to talk to some of the Baptist people I know! LOL They are great people but a few of them are hung up on the tradition of wearing only Sunday best to church. In reality, it doesn't matter. There is a passage in James that tells us not to treat a well-dressed person better than someone who comes to church in cruddy clothes.
As long as your clothes are modest (this is extra important for girls, trust me!!!) it doesn't matter. I would advise against wearing a shirt that has a beer logo or dirty words or pictures on it though! lol

I dont think so whats important is to not make someone fall away from the church because you do something like that, it is nice to dress nice once during the week but its your opinion and your church.
I think it pleases Jesus when you try to please him. Im sure he would love anything that you did for him =)
