Hopefully God has only been slandered by ape’s who think that they're gods...
Anyone who would tell mankind “to worship Him, after having their children sacrificed to Him, and after He tortured His own son, hung Him on a cross - is at least a liar.

2 Thes 2:11: God didn't lie. They have already forsaken the truth (God) and lied to themselves. God expounds upon these people's willful stupidity so that a solid conclusion can be brought forth. When it does there will no longer be any debate.
1 Kings 22:23: Micaiah (a prophet) was warning of Ahab's death. The false prophets (like today's psychics) lied that he should go into battle. False prophets are often noted to be led by lying spirits. Micaiah was giving the king a story of how he was being led to deception. The king died for his belief in the false prophets.
Ezek 14:9 The Lord will answer these people to their faces what He thinks of them. He will make an example of those who practice idolatry and then still have the nerve to ask things of God. Deceiving prophets will also be punished.
So no, God doesn't lie. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. But He allows those who hate the truth to be led into fallacy. He allows their ears to be tickled so that a conclusion can be brought forth.

God can not lie.
2 Thes 2:11 - The people are already deceived and have no wish to know the truth or turn to it he is just delivering them to their punishment early.
1 Kings 22:23 - God wanted King Ahab to go to war and die, Ahab refused to hear the truth when he had the opportunity.
Ezek 14:9 - the prophet is a false prophet and must be punished in accordance with the OT that was in effect at that time.
It is important to read scripture in context it is amazing what you can learn.

Truth is not obvious as it seems. A person who is blind can not see the landscape around him. A seeing person can. They both have two different "truths". A bat can make its way at night through a cave effortlessly because it has the means to avoid the cave walls. A human may fall in a well inside that cave, because what we are equipped with does not tell us there is that well inside the cave.
Is the Lord then deceiving us some of the time, but not equipping with the means to know the truth?
The answer to your question is yes and no, but in the above context. We do not have the RIGHT to know the whole truth. He chooses how much of the truth you should know for your own good or sometimes for the good of others.
If The Lord knows that if I learn what is in store for me in the future, which perhaps would make me say commit suicide. He may not allow me to see my future, even if that opportunity presents itself, for my own sake.
Finally, I have a little story that will hopefully answer your question completely. When Ali the Son-in-Law of the Prophet was sitting in front of his house, when a man came running through the street, totally distraught. Ali knew the man to be a good person and a pious and honest man. He asked what is going on. The man said there are some soldiers who are coming after him to kill him for a crime they think I committed which I have not done. They are unwilling to give me an opportunity to get me the witnesses who are travelling and will be back in two days. After this conversation the man ran off into one of the lanes.
Ali moved from where he was sitting to another location and waited for the soldiers who were following the man to come by. They said have you seen a man of such and such description pass through here? Ali replied, since I am sitting in this location no one came this way. Which caused the soldiers to turn back and the life of the man was saved.
If they had asked Ali how long he was sitting there, they would have found out that he just sat there and was sitting in another location.
Thus at times the Lord Almighty deceives in my view for a good purpose and he has allowed us to do so also to save the life of an innocent person.
If some Nazis were coming after a Jewish family that is running away from them, would you not lie? I would!!. In fact in my view telling the truth and giving them up by helping the Nazis with the "truth" in that situation would be a sin in my personal view as a religious Muslim.
Everything has a context. God has no need to lie, but he hides the truth. Is that the same as lying? If not, ask the Lord not to have nights, as many things that are obvious during the day are hidden at night.
What do you say to that?

No. Numbers 23:19; 1 Samuel 15:29; Hebrews 6:18; Titus 1:2.
God IS truth. John 1:1-3; 1 John 4:6.
God does not tempt people, James 1:13, yet verses such as these are found in Scripture. In each of the passages that you cited, God allowed those who were already set against Him and who were therefore aligned with evil to further their own desires. See Romans 1:21-32; Ephesians 4:18.
Even though Satan wanted to see Christ killed, and Judas and those of the Sanhedrin who met secretly and tried Jesus carried this out, was not God's will done?

Well, I don't understand why God is supposed to love all those who support Christanity, but yet if they're gay, they're not good enough? I don't think God lies, but if God created humans, then he mustn't be perfect in my opinion, as humans are the most imperfect creatures on Earth. Personally I just live my life to the fullest, and if I go to Hell, then at least I had a fullfilling live beforehand.

I think he probably tells little white lies. I mean, I don't think he would want to hurt someone's feelings, do you? I'm sure if Tammy Faye Messner had asked God if her makeup looked ok, God - being the sensitive being he/she is - would've said "Oh, yeah Tammy. You look great". Doncha' think? I like the idea of lying by proxy though.. that blessed George Bush! I just knew he was a Biblical scholar!

Yes, actually He does DIRECTLY lie to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. He tells them that if they eat from The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil that they will die that very day:
Genesis 2:17
"But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
But as we all know, it didn't kill them that day, it just made them capable of telling the difference between good and evil. I guess God thinks it's O.K. for Him to lie because there's no one around who can punish Him for it.

The whole question about where does free will come from and how did evil ever get invented comes up. You really cant come up with a rational answer as to where evil would come from if god is pure good and therefor makes good things.......

To those who love a lie more than the Truth, God gives them what they wants.
Notice that in each of these cases, truth was first rejected.
