Depends on the state you live in where ever you live it won't be cheap to stay out of jail.

Public endangerment definitely.... the bullet that goes up... must come down... and sometimes comes down into someones head.

If the bullet is traced back to the gun you shot then you could be charged with man slaughter or sued for injuring the person, (if they don't die), then will probably be charged with a number of felony type things. Because the crime involves a gun.... every charge is escalated.

Not smart to act irresponcibly with a gun. It is not a toy.

Typically public endangerment, or improper use of a weapon. Usually the public endangerment charges are filed if the gun is fired in or near a crowd, or if it is fired in a heavily populated area.

I don't know, I haven't been caught yet. I usually shoot off my guns on like the 4th of July and times like that.
