Depends on jurisdiction. I'll think about charging reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of firearm, criminal mischief etc.

Someone inside the business (cleaner etc): I would see if I could articulate attempted homicide.

Bond would depend different factors, including criminal history etc

Reckless discharge of a firearm or assault with a dangerous weapon depending on the circumstances. Bail is set by the judge and is not normally addressed in the law.

The judge looks at the charge, past criminal history, behavior while on bail before (if applicable), ties to the community etc.

It could be illegal discharge of a firearm (depending on local laws), destruction of private property (depending on damage done). If you hit a window or the bullet ricochets and hurts someone, then you could be looking at serious charges, whether you meant to hurt someone or not, ranging from assault to manslaughter. Bail depends on the circumstances. Worst case, you may not get bail. It's an extremely bad idea.
