abs begin with your diet. you have to "eat clean" to develop the abs you want, lean meats are great for helping you archive your goal along with alot of veggies and slow digesting carbs. everyone has abs but you have to loose the layer of fat that covers them in order to see them . crunches and hanging legs raises along with other ab workouts are great for tightening and strengthening the abs muscles but to actually see them you have to watch your diet(THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) more important than the ab exercises... and do cardio to lose the fat that covers those abs. running is excellent and jumping rope. trust me it works !

once you do take a seat ups, it basically strengthens the abs muscle tissue. It would not make you lose fat. yet somewhat, it will advance. So with a view to have maximum effects, you may desire to a minimum of put in a minimum of half-hour of huge cardio workout. each and all of the final!

There's no way to "spot reduce;" unfortunately, that's a myth. When you lose weight, it's just like peeling an onion: the weight comes off your entire body, not just from one area. So no amount of sit ups will do it. Sorry!
