Depends on what you find interesting. If they think you are "weird" because you are sexually aroused by seeing dogs of same or opposite gender to yourself, rather than being sexually attracted to humans, then yes that is a bit weird?

No- I buy three monthly dog magazines which cost about £12 a month.
Loads of people buy 'specialist,' magazines, whether it be about animals, wildlife, crafts, sport etc.
It's great you have an interest, and you're probably a lot more intelligent than these people!!

I use my Dog Fancy and Cat Fancy magazines to make huge collages with the pictures. I have them framed and then donate them to the tricky tray my shelter hosts every year. Last year the dog collage got over 500 tickets in the bucket and the girl who won it screamed when we called her number- made me proud.
I photocopy any articles I want before I cut up the mags. So no, I find you remarkably normal. (At least as far as your reading interests go- LOL)

I buy Your Dog and Dogs today. They are full of fantastic articles that are hot topics in the dog world currently. I wouldn't be without them. I do not think you are weird. I think its great you want to know as much about dogs as you can, as a well informed owner is a good owner
these people who think you are weird obviously dont give a darn about their beloved pooches....

If you're weird for buying a magazine, then I should be in the nuthouse. I have at least 4 dog mag subscriptions, product catalogs, and a library of dog books.

Not at all. I bought one 11 years ago, replied to an ad for a pen friend, and still have that friend now. We've had great times writing (dog to dog too!) and sending cards and presents for birthdays and Christmas and I treasure my friendship with another like minded doggy person.

Not at all. I buy those kinds of magazimes all the time. I guess they consider it "weired" because you're a young male adult & they figure you should be reading car mags and/or women mags.
Read what you want to read. You'll just be more educated than the people who dont read about dogs :]
