You can objectively try to look at different views on God but your biases will always be a part of it.
I always wonder when people bash on mormons and their beliefs if they ever realize that to others that dont believe like they do, that their beliefs can be just as criticized. Or when people say things like mormons arent christian because they dont agree with the Bible if they ever can step outside their little narrow boxes and realize that they are arguing based on their own personal interpretations of the Bible so their argument really doesnt prove anything.
I guess religion is such a personal thing that emotions will always play a role and objectivity is very hard to maintain.
