Can anyone translate that to English? The translators I've use come up with nonsensical crap, however, I think it's either Portuguese or Spanish for "Enter With Caution".

Entre con la precaución does mean Enter With Caution but it's not correctly written. It really says "Enter with the caution", which is grammatically incorrect.
Enter With Caution would be: Entre Con Precaución.

Its spanish and the correct phrase is Entre con Precaucion not Entre con la precaucion
