i have a annoying younger brother who i fight and argue with all the time, i dislike my brother but everytime someone else messes with him i get pissed off and protective; what should i do?

You need to sit him down and talk to him. Find out why you are fighting and arguing. Work it out between the two of you. Come to an understanding. Younger siblings usually idolize their older brother or sister. You are their example. They want to be like you. Obviously you do love him because you can't stand the thought of anyone else messing with him or hurting him.
Talk to him. He's a person too. He has feelings just like you. Maybe you two could become closer friends and then the fighting would stop.

"everytime someone else messes with him i get pissed off and protective" That's because you love him and that you really don't dislike him. That was the easy part.
The first question I would ask is what are you fighting over? Is it a personal space issue, an invasion of privicy, .. what is the issue? Then talk to him and say when you do "X" it makes me feel "Y" and it hurts me. That is when we start fighting. I don't want to fight, so please stop doing "X".
Or he may just be trying to get you attention, to a child almost any attention is good attention..

Come on. They only little what do they know? just look at them and smile. Eventually they will stop. I don't have a younger brother, but I know what it like being the youngest(I'm the youngest in the family). Alway need a sister support.
