All I can add is that you will know them by their fruits. If this woman makes some demonstrated changes in her life and follows Biblical teachings, then there is good evidence to say she is a follower of Christ.

Jesus choses who Jesus choses to be an Evangelist. This is one of the 5 ministries listed in Ephesians. Jesus calls some to be Apostles, some Prophets, some Evangelists, some Pastors, some Teachers.
Jesus also knows the hearts & what Jesus already had planned to give to someone. Some were specially gifted as children & finally asked Jesus to be Lord of their Life. And this might be the case of this woman you are writing about. Since I don't know her, I can't say one way or another. And the Anointing she received at time of conversion, the Leader praying over her would sense if it is a Ministry gift also.

Well yeah, if she's accepted Christ, she has the Holy Spirit in her, and the Will of the Holy Spirit is spreading the Kingdom. Why wouldn't she be? And if not, when is is appropriate? 1 month? 3? A year? There's no defining line, it's just when God has done some work in you, and given you the conviction to do it. Encourage her, but also be cautious, as there may be some things that need to be worked out in her own life before she should try and help out others. God bless!!!

While I wouldn't doubt her salvation, nor that she may have received the gift of the Spirit necessary to fulfill the office of the Evangelist, without a doubt, 3 weeks is not enough time for her to be in any position of authority or prominence. She needs to grow, and learn from the Word of God, gain some experience falling and failing and getting back up, before she would be ready. Does she need formal classroom instruction in Systematic Theology? Apologetics? Hermeneutics? Homiletics? No. Should she get some? Yes.
Her enthusiasm is in excess of her wisdom, knowlege and experience, and she is likely to fail.

Many are called but few are chosen.... meaning that many people are called but only few answer the call which He has called them. God has called many people, and predestined us before the foundations of the world was created. So in essence God is waiting on us to tap in to Him to fulfill the calling for our lives. But I do believe one must mature as a Christian before being sent out. Even Jesus disciples was with Him for 3 yrs before they began their ministry, and at that their ministry didn't start until they were filled with the Holy Ghost. I truly believe maturity, and in having your faith tested while maintianing an intimate relationship with the Father through Jesus plays a large role in being an overcomer in ministry(not falling away). One must grow, nurtured into their calling in the Faith. But that doesn't mean it's not possible for God to do something like that in someone's life.

One of the first things most people are recommended to do after saying a sinner's prayer and or accepting Christ, is to tell someone else, usually within 24 hours.
If you tell another Christian, they can encourage you and mentor / disciple you.
If you tell a non-Christain, that's 'spreading the good news' aka evangelism.
An evangelist is literally (from the greek) anyone that tells good news.
So, 2 weeks ago? An Evangelist? Good for her!
Now whether her particular denomination or local congregation wishes to employ her full time to speak in football stadiums is another story...

Anyone can become a minister. Anyone can preach the word of God. One does not need a degree in ministry. One does not need to be saved.
As long as they do right by God. It doesn't matter. jesus did not say one has to be saved, to follow him.
I'm not saved, but i can still follow jesus's teaching if i want. I don't have to.
I can go around and preach about God or Jesus all i want.
As long as i don't,do anything, against God or Jesus.

First of all, allow me to answer that question through God's divine word. If you read 1 Cor. 14:33-35, we are told that women are to keep silence in the Church. Now I will agree that this was written to the Church at Corinth, but if it didn't apply to us than I ask you why it is in the Bible in the first place. So to answer your question, no, the Lord couldn't have called her to be an Evangelist.

of course not. you cant be saved this minute but a minute ago you were whatever. you have to do as the bible says and put on that new personality. it's possible that you may have made a change for the better. but it is not something that happens over night. a great example of this is Paul (in the bible, first called Saul) he was a ridicule of christains, but then later became a disclipe of Jesus. but, you remember this change was over a period of years not days.

Paul (AKA Saul) was a tax collector and a devout persecutor of Christians. God touched his heart and within minutes he became the most devout and prolific evangelist in the New Testament. There is man's time and there is God's time.
